      Purchase a cheap parrot cage that is readily cleaned out. A dirty cage could make your bird sick. You need to choose a cage which has much wider entrances to make it less difficult getting your pet bird in and out of the cage and also enable you to access every single corner to clean. The base tray and bottom grill need to both be easily removed for regular cleaning without opening the cage.
